2011 - 2012 Registration Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I turn in the signature forms and registration fees?
Your signature forms and registration fees should be turned in to the Southgate office. You can turn them in during office hours or mail the forms and payments to Manyet Dance, 208 Evergreen Avenue, Southgate, KY 41071.

Do I need to print the registration form after it has been submitted online?
No! After completing the online registration, we have all the information that we need. It will be saved in your Registration Dashboard for you to view at any time. You may print the registration form for your own records, but we do not need a hard copy. You will only need to turn in the signed signature page.

Can I print the signature form more than once?
Yes! After completing the registration, you can return to your Registration Dashboard where you will be able to view your submitted registrations and signature pages. You will see a list of all registrations that have been submitted and will have the option to view or print both the registration form and the signature form. There is no limit to how many times you can view and print these documents.

What should I do if I am not able to print the signature form at home?
If you do not have access to a printer, call or visit the Southgate office during office hours or send an email to manyetdance@fuse.net to have your signature page printed for you. You can stop by the Southgate office during office hours to sign the printed signature page.

Why won't the registration and signature forms print automatically after I click on the 'View Registration Form' or 'View/Print Signature Page' links?
After you click on the link, you are simply viewing the page. At that point you will need to proceed with your normal printing process through your web browser.

Should I submit multiple registration forms if I am registering my child for multiple classes?
When filling out the registration form, you will have the ability to select multiple classes, therefore only one registration form is required for each child.

What should I do if I made a mistake on the registration form?
Send an email to technical support at websupport@manyetdance.com with the details of the changes that should be made to the registration.

Do I have to complete the registration through the website?
During this 2011 - 2012 registration transition year, you may chose to complete your registration online or fill out the paper form. The paper form can be downloaded from the website, but we encourage you to go green!

What are the registration fees?
In order to qualify for $15 registration, your registration forms AND fees must be received by July 1st. Registration forms received before July 1st, but without accompanying payment, will be charged a $20 registration fee. All forms submitted after July 1st will require a $20 registration fee. The registration fee is per student. There is one registration fee, regardless of the number of classes for that student. There will be no refunds of registration fees.

How do I determine which class is appropriate for my child?
When filling out the registration form, select the classes that you are trying to decide between and provide specific information about your child's past dance experience. We will use this information when selecting the appropriate class for your child. If needed, we may consult you or your child's past dance teacher when making the decision. If you still have questions you may read through our class descriptions, email manyetdance@fuse.net or call the Southgate office during office hours .

What happens if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, you can click on the "Forgot Password" link on the registration login/sign up page. This will reset your password and you will receive an email with an automatically generated password that you can use to log in.

Why do I need an account?
By creating an account for our registration process, we will be able to securely save your information for use throughout the year and in the future. This will save US time throughout the year when we are able to work with the data that is already in our computer system and it will save YOU time next year when your registration information will be pre-populated. Manyet Dance, LLC will never give, sell, or rent your personal information to a third party. We hope that you are as excited as we are about the new process. Why can't I register for summer classes?
Currently this registration form is only for the fall. In the future, you will be able to register for summer classes online. You can download the summer registration form on the website.
